Currently I have regular public classes in two towns in
the Czech Republic, Prague and Teplice:

TUESDAY
18.30 – 19.30 Hatha yoga (Sedmé Nebe, Prague)

WEDNESDAY
19.00 – 20.00 Yin Yang yoga (ONLINE CLASS)

FRIDAY
17.30 – 18.30 Hatha yoga (Jóga., Teplice)
-this class take place once a fortnight

SUNDAY
9.00 – 10.15 Gentle morning Yoga (Jóga., Teplice) 
-ONLINE CLASS once a fortnight

HATHA YOGA

This style of yoga aims to bring harmony and balance to our body, mind and soul. During the Hatha yoga classes, in addition to asanas (yoga poses), you will also encounter pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and final soothing relaxation.

YIN YOGA

This is a gentle style of yoga, with an emphasis on long passive holds in poses. Through this calmer, sometimes even meditative practice, we strengthen our bones, joints, ligaments and deep fascia tissues. You can find more about Yin yoga HERE.

YIN YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences.

All these styles of yoga and my classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. I believe everyone will be able to find what are they currently in need of.
