TUESDAY
19:00 – 20:00 Grounding Flow (Yoga Movement, Prague)

WEDNESDAY
17:00 – 18:15 Yin yoga (Yoga Movement, Prague)

FRIDAY
17:30 – 18:30 Hatha yoga (Jóga., Teplice)
18:45 – 20:00 Yin yoga (Jóga., Teplice)
-these classes take place once a fortnight

SUNDAY
9:00 – 10:15 Gentle Morning Yoga (Jóga., Teplice) 
-this class takes place once a fortnight.

HATHA YOGA / GROUNDING FLOW

Mindfulness. Ease. Breath. Playfulness.
These classes aims to bring harmony and balance to our body, mind and soul. In addition to asanas (yoga poses), you will also encounter pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and final soothing relaxation.

YIN YOGA
This is a gentle style of yoga, with an emphasis on long passive holds in poses. Through this calmer, sometimes even meditative practice, we strengthen our bones, joints, ligaments and deep fascia tissues. You can find more about Yin yoga HERE.

All my classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. I believe everyone will be able to find what are they currently in need of.
