SCHEDULE OF REGULAR GROUP CLASSES

Currently I have regular public classes in two towns in
the Czech Republic, Prague and Teplice:

Tuesday

17.00 – 18.00 Hatha yoga (Sedmé Nebe, Prague)

Friday

17.30 – 18.30 Hatha yoga (Jóga., Teplice)
18.45 – 20.00 Yin yoga (Jóga., Teplice)

Sunday
9.00 – 10.15 Getle morning yoga (Jóga., Teplice)

HATHA YOGA

This style of yoga aims to bring harmony and balance to our body, mind and soul. During the Hatha yoga classes, in addition to asanas (yoga poses), you will also encounter pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and final soothing relaxation.

YIN YOGA

This is a gentle style of yoga, with an emphasis on long passive holds in poses. Through this calmer, sometimes even meditative practice, we strengthen our bones, joints, ligaments and deep fascia tissues.

Both of these yoga styles and my classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. I believe everyone will be able to find what are they currently in need of.
