WHAT TO EXPECT.. Kdo se mnou jógujete od samého WHAT TO EXPECT.. Kdo se mnou jógujete od samého začátku, možná jste si všimli postupného vývoje toho, jak lekce vedu. S největší pravděpodobností se tam aktuálně nesetkáte s nekonečným počtem 'tradičních' pozdravů slunci, nebudeme motat nohy do lotosového květu, a ani se nebudeme stavět na hlavu (né že by něco z toho bylo špatně). Do lekcí se snažím vnést především hravost, uvolněnost, nejrůznější srandičky/divnopohyby a funkční cviky, které zlepší mobilitu těla. Věřím, že hravost a lehkost jsou to, co většině z nás v každodenním shonu opravdu chybí, a právě proto jsou tyto elementy tím stěžejním v mých (hlavně jangových) lekcích. Pokud vás lekce v tomto duchu lákají, moc ráda vás na jógové podložce uvidím. PODZIMNÍ VÍKENDOVÝ POBYT S JÓGOU🧘🏼‍♀ PODZIMNÍ VÍKENDOVÝ POBYT S JÓGOU🧘🏼‍♀️ Jógové pobyty jsou má srdeční záležitost, a tak bych vás moc ráda pozvala na můj jediný v tomto roce. Čeká nás přes 7 hodin jógové praxe, ukážeme si něco málo z animal movementu, načerpáme novou energii během lekce Jin jógy a mnoho dalšího. Pobyt se uskuteční v překrásném Penzionu Na Kmíně (@na_kmine), který se nachází pouze 20 minut od Prahy a 50 minut od Teplic. Tento víkend má také velmi omezenou kapacitu tak, abych se mohla opravdu individuálně věnovat každému z vás.
